1. License grant
KindWorld grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to install and use the launcher and project components solely to access KindWorld services.
This right does not transfer ownership of software, designs, text, graphics, marks or other project materials.
2. Launcher and updates
The launcher may download, verify, repair and update game files, securely retain sign-in settings and obtain information required to start services.
Some updates may be mandatory for security and compatibility. Do not tamper with the update process or replace downloaded components.
3. Restrictions
Decompilation, bypassing protections, interfering with authentication, distributing modified copies, selling access, using malicious modifications and gaining an unfair advantage are prohibited.
An exception applies only where and to the extent such a restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
4. Third-party components
The launcher may use third-party libraries and game components governed by their respective licenses. KindWorld claims no ownership of Minecraft or Mojang and Microsoft materials.
You are responsible for having a lawful right to use required third-party software and for complying with its owner’s terms.
5. Account security
Do not share sign-in tokens, session files or account access. If you suspect a leak, change your password and contact support.
Download the launcher only from the official website. The project team will not ask for your password in private messages.
6. Termination
You may end this agreement by deleting the launcher and stopping use of the services. The administration may suspend the license after a breach of these terms, the rules or security requirements.
Provisions on intellectual property, liability and dispute resolution survive termination where permitted by law.
