1. Scope
These terms apply to the KindWorld website, player account, game modes, launcher, official community spaces and connected digital services.
If a service has additional rules, they apply together with this document. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
2. Accounts and access
Some features require a game account. You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential and not give the account to another person.
Actions performed through an account are treated as actions of its owner until the administration receives evidence that it was compromised. Report suspicious activity promptly.
3. Acceptable use
Do not break the law, violate other people’s rights, endanger the project or undermine fair play. Bypassing restrictions, disrupting services, automated attacks, malicious code and unauthorized access to data are prohibited.
The project rules also govern communication and gameplay. Access may be restricted temporarily or permanently when rules are breached.
4. Digital services and KW
In-game currency, bonuses, subscriptions and privileges are digital features within KindWorld. They are not money and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The official payment platform displays the contents and price before payment. You must verify the nickname, amount and offer terms before paying.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep services available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates, connectivity providers and events outside reasonable control may temporarily affect access.
Features and content may change for security, balance and development. Material changes to these terms will be published with a new effective date.
6. Liability and contact
Services are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, the administration is not responsible for indirect losses caused by outages, other players or your breach of these terms.
